SAYSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAYSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 7,109 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAYSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are GLO1, MRPL14, and PBX2. Each is linked with SAYSD1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAYSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SAYSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAYSD1 versus GLO1 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAYSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAYSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
