SAYSD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAYSD1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAYSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FOXO3a, JNK2, and Notch1. Each is linked with SAYSD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAYSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SAYSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FOXO3a grouped by SAYSD1-low versus SAYSD1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAYSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAYSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
