SAYSD1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAYSD1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,735 significant associations in total. PANCREAS shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAYSD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RBM10, FAN1, and MESP1. Each is linked with SAYSD1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAYSD1-to-partner and partner-to-SAYSD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAYSD1 versus RBM10 in PANCREAS, with a Pearson correlation of -0.41.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAYSD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAYSD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
