Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAXO2 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAXO2 data layer compared with 26 for mass-spec protein and 1 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in cervical squamous cell carcinoma and endocervical adenocarcinoma (CESC), where higher SAXO2 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAXO2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
CESC, BLCA, and PRAD are the cancer types where SAXO2 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
