SAXO2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → MUTATIONCell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAXO2 mutation is significantly associated with the mutation status of many other genes, with 196 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAXO2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ALDH1A3, BEND4, and RBBP4. Each is linked with SAXO2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAXO2-to-partner and partner-to-SAXO2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAXO2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAXO2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
