SAXO1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAXO1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,975 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAXO1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ADD3, DDX18, and NGDN_S143. Each is linked with SAXO1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAXO1-to-partner and partner-to-SAXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAXO1 versus ADD3 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
