SAXO1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAXO1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 26 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAXO1-associated genes across cancer lineages are p62 Lck ligand, eEF2, and EGFR_pY1068. Each is linked with SAXO1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAXO1-to-partner and partner-to-SAXO1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, p62 Lck ligand grouped by SAXO1-low versus SAXO1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAXO1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAXO1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
