SATB2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,016 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SATB2_S39, SEPTIN11, and ICAM1. Each is linked with SATB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB2-to-partner and partner-to-SATB2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SATB2 versus SATB2_S39 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.82.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SATB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SATB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
