Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,985 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are PLCB4, TFR2, and CCND2. Each is linked with SATB2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB2-to-partner and partner-to-SATB2 results are reported.
