Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,284 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are GINS2, CENPU, and PBK. Each is linked with SATB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB2-to-partner and partner-to-SATB2 results are reported.
