Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB2 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 51 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SATB2-associated genes across cancer lineages are 4E-BP1, mTOR_pS2448, and Notch1. Each is linked with SATB2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB2-to-partner and partner-to-SATB2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, 4E-BP1 grouped by SATB2-low versus SATB2-high in LUAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SATB2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SATB2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
