Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB2-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,518 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SATB2-AS1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SATB2_S39, ZNF687_S1191, and RGS19. Each is linked with SATB2-AS1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB2-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SATB2-AS1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SATB2-AS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SATB2-AS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
