Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,753 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SATB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are HSPB1, GAA, and ACTG1. Each is linked with SATB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB1-to-partner and partner-to-SATB1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SATB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SATB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
