Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are Rad50, ATM, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with SATB1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB1-to-partner and partner-to-SATB1 results are reported.
