SATB1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SATB1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 59 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB1-associated genes across cancer lineages are EIF3L, A4GNT, and CHIT1. Each is linked with SATB1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB1-to-partner and partner-to-SATB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SATB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SATB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
