Across TCGA patient cohorts, SATB1-AS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,435 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SATB1-AS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SATB1, ZNF445, and GLCCI1. Each is linked with SATB1-AS1 in more than 31 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SATB1-AS1-to-partner and partner-to-SATB1-AS1 results are reported.
