Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAT2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 5 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAT2 data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 3 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in uterine corpus endometrial carcinoma (UCEC), where higher SAT2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAT2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LUAD show a favorable association.

UCEC, CCRCC, and OV are the cancer types where SAT2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
