SAT2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,185 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAT2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are CRK, YWHAE, and GLOD4. Each is linked with SAT2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SAT2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAT2 versus CRK in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.37.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
