Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,679 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are KIF20A, KIF18A, and PKMYT1. Each is linked with SAT2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SAT2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAT2 versus KIF20A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.32.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAT2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAT2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
