Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAT2 mutation is significantly associated with the immune_cell of many other genes, with 2 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAT2-associated genes across cancer lineages are Erythrocytes and Th2 cells. Each is linked with SAT2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAT2-to-partner and partner-to-SAT2 results are reported.
