Across TCGA cell cohorts, SASH3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,818 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SASH3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of anaphase-promoting complex-dependent catabolic process, Positive regulation of mRNA metabolic process, and Post-transcriptional gene silencing. Each is linked with SASH3 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SASH3-to-partner and partner-to-SASH3 results are reported.
