SART3

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 17,130 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART3-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SRSF9, BRD8, and TMPO. Each is linked with SART3 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART3-to-partner and partner-to-SART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SART3 versus SRSF9 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
