SART3

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 21,441 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LINC01089, MAPKAPK5, and ACAD10. Each is linked with SART3 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART3-to-partner and partner-to-SART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SART3 versus LINC01089 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
