Across TCGA cell cohorts, SART3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,097 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Regulation of chromatin organization, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription elongation. Each is linked with SART3 in more than 17 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART3-to-partner and partner-to-SART3 results are reported.
