SART3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SART3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 189 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART3-associated genes across cancer lineages are LIM2, SNU13, and SH3GL2. Each is linked with SART3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART3-to-partner and partner-to-SART3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LIM2 grouped by SART3-low versus SART3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART3→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
