SART1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 11,311 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are THOC1, EML2, and ERH. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SART1 versus THOC1 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
