Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 28,948 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SART1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RBM17, RBM25, and RBM8A. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SART1 versus RBM17 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.63.
protein abundance associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
