SART1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SART1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,912 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDRT15P11, EME1, and CCNB2. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDRT15P11 grouped by SART1-low versus SART1-high in LUAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SART1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SART1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
