Across TCGA cell cohorts, SART1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,807 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of attachment of mitotic spindle microtubules to kinetochore, Spliceosome conformational change to release U4 (or U4atac) and U1 (or U11), and Spliceosomal conformational changes to generate catalytic conformation. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.
