Across TCGA cell cohorts, SART1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 47 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SART1-associated genes across cancer lineages are C7orf77, RSPH4A, and L3MBTL4. Each is linked with SART1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SART1-to-partner and partner-to-SART1 results are reported.
