Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARS2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,299 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARS2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SUPT5H, SAE1, and ADNP. Each is linked with SARS2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS2-to-partner and partner-to-SARS2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARS2 versus SUPT5H in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
