Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,634 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM50, FBL, and EIF3K. Each is linked with SARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS2-to-partner and partner-to-SARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARS2 versus TIMM50 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.55.
