SARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,882 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF791, STX10, and CD109. Each is linked with SARS2 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS2-to-partner and partner-to-SARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARS2 versus ZNF791 in OESOPHAGUS, with a Pearson correlation of 0.58.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
