SARS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 2,525 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARS2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of muscle tissue development, Positive regulation of oxidative stress-induced intrinsic apoptotic signaling pathway, and Regulation of tumor necrosis factor superfamily cytokine production. Each is linked with SARS2 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARS2-to-partner and partner-to-SARS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of muscle tissue development grouped by SARS2-low versus SARS2-high in BONE.

protein abundance associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 2,525 associations by consensus.
