SARM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 18,283 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPA3, NFYA_S326, and PGAM1_S31. Each is linked with SARM1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARM1-to-partner and partner-to-SARM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARM1 versus RPA3 in PDAC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
