Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 15,943 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are NXPH3, ENOX1, and JAM3. Each is linked with SARM1 in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARM1-to-partner and partner-to-SARM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARM1 versus NXPH3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.39.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
