Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 928 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CT45A3, SNORD116-3, and LINC02876. Each is linked with SARM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARM1-to-partner and partner-to-SARM1 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CT45A3 grouped by SARM1-low versus SARM1-high in LIHC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
