SARAF

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARAF RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,747 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SARAF-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PPP2CB, CCDC25, and GSR. Each is linked with SARAF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARAF-to-partner and partner-to-SARAF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARAF versus PPP2CB in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
