Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SARAF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 53 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP408, AQP7P2, and PRORY. Each is linked with SARAF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARAF-to-partner and partner-to-SARAF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP408 grouped by SARAF-low versus SARAF-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
