Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA cell cohorts, SARAF protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,629 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SARAF-associated genes across cancer lineages are MED4, NRF1, and ACTN4. Each is linked with SARAF in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SARAF-to-partner and partner-to-SARAF results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SARAF versus MED4 in URINARY_TRACT, with a Pearson correlation of 0.79.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SARAF→partner) and Y-score (partner→SARAF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
