Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAR1B Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAR1B data layer compared with 25 for mass-spec protein and 7 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher SAR1B Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAR1B expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD and LIHC are the cancer types where SAR1B Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
