Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,075 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAR1B-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PRRC1, HSPA4, and MAPK9. Each is linked with SAR1B in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAR1B versus PRRC1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.36.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
