Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1B protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 16,458 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF286A, SNHG20, and CASC15. Each is linked with SAR1B in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1B results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAR1B versus ZNF286A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.37.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
