Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAR1B mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 428 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1B-associated genes across cancer lineages are CCL5, MIR6859-2, and NOL12. Each is linked with SAR1B in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1B results are reported.
