SAR1B

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAR1B RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,987 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAR1B-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum, Endoplasmic reticulum to Golgi vesicle-mediated transport, and CAAX-box protein maturation. Each is linked with SAR1B in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAR1B-to-partner and partner-to-SAR1B results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of protein exit from endoplasmic reticulum grouped by SAR1B-low versus SAR1B-high in BONE.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAR1B→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAR1B) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
