Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAPCD2P3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,972 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAPCD2P3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of DNA repair, Protein acetylation, and Base-excision repair, gap-filling. Each is linked with SAPCD2P3 in more than 23 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAPCD2P3-to-partner and partner-to-SAPCD2P3 results are reported.
