The most reproducible SAPCD2P2-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of microtubule polymerization or depolymerization, Regulation of cytokinesis, and Protein localization to cytoskeleton. Each is linked with SAPCD2P2 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAPCD2P2-to-partner and partner-to-SAPCD2P2 results are reported.
