Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, SAP30L mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 6 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated SAP30L data layer compared with 24 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher SAP30L mass-spec protein is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated SAP30L expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as CCRCC and LSCC show a favorable association.

HNSC, UCEC, and CCRCC are the cancer types where SAP30L mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
