SAP30L

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, SAP30L protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,496 significant associations in total. LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible SAP30L-associated genes across cancer lineages are MORF4L2-AS1, EZH1, and RAD51-AS1. Each is linked with SAP30L in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30L-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30L results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, SAP30L versus MORF4L2-AS1 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.32.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (SAP30L→partner) and Y-score (partner→SAP30L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
