Across TCGA cell cohorts, SAP30L RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,894 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible SAP30L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay, Protein K63-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with SAP30L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30L-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30L results are reported.
