The most reproducible SAP30L-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Nuclear-transcribed mRNA catabolic process, no-go decay, Protein K63-linked ubiquitination, and Negative regulation of stem cell population maintenance. Each is linked with SAP30L in more than 9 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both SAP30L-to-partner and partner-to-SAP30L results are reported.
